Dinajpur, Its History & Tradition

On literature and culture, there is filled with rich and ancient history of Dinajpur district. Legend has it that one individual named dinaraja dinaja or family who founded this place. This place is named after the name of the district.
Dinajpur district’s famous things:

Litchi

Dinajpur and Rajshahi are most famous for litchi. Bangladesh is the most litchi cultivation in Dinajpur. Of different varieties of litchi, Madras, Bombay, China 3, varieties of litchi are very much appreciation. Litchi is grown on about 150 hectares of land. There are nearly 1 century lands a litchi tree. There are trees around 3, 70,500. Litchi tree is about average for 4000.

Fragrant rice / rice

Fragrant rice / paddy cultivation in the district of Dinajpur is the best. Various types of fragrant rice planting occur in this district. In kataribhoga, black cumin, eggplant seeds, rice -50, bidi significant. Of which, the rice is shorter or longer again.

Sapnapuri

Sapnapuri is renowned as one of the picnic spots. To believe that we cannot see such a beautiful dream. The main gate of the light entering the eye suggests it will have two plans. In Dinajpur district, about 10km north of the Nabangam    Sapnapuri filled. The VIP rest House, 10, 14 and 8 rest middle-class house has been built. Construction is currently under development more Rest Houses. Ramsagar

Located 8 km south from the district town of the district of Auliyapur,  Ramasagaradighi is celebrity surrounding  the edge of the green. The total area of 437492 square meters, including land tank. Waters are 1031 meters in length, 364 meters in width.  An average depth of it’s about 9 meters. The maximum height is of 13.50 meters in the bank. Kantajira Temple

Kantajira house eighteenth century brick house.
